Training Mining Technicians from Northern Border University!

Modern Chemicals and Services Company (MCS) had the honor of hosting students from Northern Border University for an intensive training program as mining technicians. Our company, operating at Ma’aden Phosphate, Al Jalameed, and Wa’ed Al Shamal, is committed to supporting education and skill development in the mining sector, thereby contributing to the promising future of the mining industry in Saudi Arabia.

We are particularly proud of the significant participation of women in this training program. Seeing numerous women engage in a traditionally male-dominated field is not only inspiring but also reinforces our belief that diversity and inclusion are essential pillars for innovation and progress.

During this training, students had the opportunity to work with our technical experts and acquire practical skills crucial for their future careers. They were trained on best safety practices, modern extraction techniques, and the use of advanced technologies in mining operations.
