ANFO MEMU Truck

ANFO is the perfect choice for dry applications. Our trucks provide the non-explosive raw materials to the site, mix them and provide the final product into the blast hole by an augering gravity system. Even remote or difficult locations can now benefit from MCS’s MEMU service, thanks to the 4×4 vehicles used. The off-road capabilities of the fleet ensure that high-powered explosives can be transported safely across rough terrain in the form of non-explosive components.

Multiblend MEMU Truck

With the same off-road capabilities as the ANFO MEMU trucks, the Multi blend MEMU trucks can deliver a complete range of products, whatever is more adapted to your application. The range goes from pure ANFO to a pure emulsion, with different ratios in between. Various formulations from the high-powered Blendex range can be mixed on-site by our operatives, depending on the requirements of the blasting specification.

Safe

Components are transported to the blast site in a vibration and environmental disturbance non-explosive form. Once the Multi blend system is in position, our own highly skilled operatives program the truck to mix the precise Blendex formulation required for delivery directly into the shot holes.

Efficient

Each shot hole is filled with a precise formulation of Blendex, which achieves 100 % coupling and a high loading density. This enables you to expand your drilling patterns compared to using cartridge explosives, which, in turn, reduces drilling costs.

Fast

Charging operations are much quicker using the MEMU system. Using the same number of holes, production rates can be increased and loading times can be reduced. Personnel can be released earlier and thus become more productive.
